Alfons Alegren made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Tage Alfors sent off a good shot on target. Pelle Fransson hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Mathias Söderkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mathias Söderkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 21 played minutes Uddebo got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Söderkvist. Björn Hultin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfons Alegren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Uddebo's John Juhlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Eklund in the 31st minute of play. Stefan Eklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pelle Fransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes of play, PwN's Stefan Eklund made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. John Juhlin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tage Alfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Alfons Alegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bernt Tholsson fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PwN's protests and gave Bernt Tholsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Bernt Tholsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tage Alfors who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Alfons Alegren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Bernt Landin made the kick off in the second half. If Bernt Landin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pelle Fransson's late challenge caught a Uddebo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pelle Fransson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Uddebo booed when PwN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Fransson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uddebo's John Juhlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Landin in the 62nd minute of play. If Krister Bruse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Eklund's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but John Juhlin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bernt Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Uddebo's zone, Stefan Eklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Juhlin came out of the goal and Stefan Eklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernt Landin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving John Juhlin. That made the score 0-2 in the 87 minute of play. Uddebo's John Juhlin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Uddebo from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in PwN's zone, Tage Alfors stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfons Alegren came out of the goal and Tage Alfors tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tage Alfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Alfons Alegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. PwN walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
