Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sebastian Sandberg made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Hallaryd's Håkan Brolin got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute, Kjell Bergren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Arne Säv during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hallaryd getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Bengt-Arne Säv hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the game, Huddungeby IFK's Jan-Åke Hedin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tom Beck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jimmy Westerstrand came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Hallaryd's Sven Tinglöf. But to his dismay, Sven Tinglöf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Håkan Brolin got his second yellow card in the match during the 23rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sven Tinglöf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven Tinglöf blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmy Westerstrand having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Huddungeby IFK's zone, Sebastian Sandberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmy Westerstrand came out of the goal and Sebastian Sandberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Huddungeby IFK's Jimmy Westerstrand got control of the ball when Sven Tinglöf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven Tinglöf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jimmy Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jan-Åke Hedin made the kick off in the second half. When Sven Tinglöf came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Hallaryd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven Tinglöf couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Hallaryd's Tom Beck got control of the ball when Kjell Bergren tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Jim Hedman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the game, Sven Tinglöf cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Jimmy Westerstrand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jimmy Westerstrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Tinglöf in the 73rd minute of play. Jan-Åke Hedin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Beck having to interfere. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hallaryd's goalkeeper Tom Beck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bengt-Arne Säv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bengt-Arne Säv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Westerstrand having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Huddungeby IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Tinglöf came free, but Jimmy Westerstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimmy Westerstrand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börge Henriksson went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Sven Tinglöf put it in 6-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jimmy Westerstrand.
