Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hindås's Eddie Smedfeldt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roland Skytt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute, Kristian Broberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kjell Stenkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Örjan Haglund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roland Skytt in the 17th minute. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jesper Broberg sped through Hindås's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kjell Stenkvist. Kjell Stenkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Broberg in the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th match minute, Tomtebackens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Sundström to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tomtebackens IF's zone, Roland Skytt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Örjan Haglund came out of the goal and Roland Skytt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roland Skytt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Örjan Haglund made a huge save. The supporters of Hindås booed when Tomtebackens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesper Broberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tomtebackens IF's zone, Eddie Smedfeldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Örjan Haglund came out of the goal and Eddie Smedfeldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eddie Smedfeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Örjan Haglund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 44 played minutes Hindås got a freekick which was hit by Hannes Waller. Örjan Haglund made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Roland Skytt sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristian Broberg in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kjell Stenkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddie Smedfeldt in the 54th minute of play forced Tomtebackens IF's goalkeeper Örjan Haglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Örjan Haglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eddie Smedfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eddie Smedfeldt came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Hindås fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddie Smedfeldt couldn't finish the play. Roland Skytt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 65th minute, Roland Skytt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Örjan Haglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Smedfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Roland Skytt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Örjan Haglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute Roland Skytt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Örjan Haglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Tomtebackens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesper Broberg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Hindås booed when Tomtebackens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Erik Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hindås's Kjell Stenkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Hindås from getting a goal against them. Hindås's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Kristian Broberg scored to the left of an out of position Kjell Stenkvist, making the score, 0-4. Kjell Stenkvist came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tomtebackens IF's Jesper Broberg. But to his dismay, Jesper Broberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When the final whistle went the supporters of Tomtebackens IF were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Hindås side.
