Jens-Ove Svanberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Lind during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 20 played minutes Viksjö got a freekick which was hit by Per Lind. Benjamin Gerdbergs short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Karl-Axel Bivall to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Karl-Axel Bivall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Sjöström in the 27th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frans Sjöström made a kick off. With a little luck, Edsbro IF's Karl-Magnus Olsson got control of the ball when Jens-Ove Svanberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karl-Axel Bivall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Gerdberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Elias Högberg charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Högberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elias Högberg kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of Edsbro IF booed when Viksjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Högberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Magnus Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronny Beneth in the 86th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Edsbro IF's Frans Sundling got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Jens-Ove Svanberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
