Michael Tingelholm came out of the goal and Gabriel Åström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Åström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Michael Tingelholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fortaleza IF getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sakarias Lenberg hit a great ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Emanuel Strömberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Umeå FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Strömberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Umeå FF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sakarias Lenberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Fortaleza IF booed when Umeå FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Malmström didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Umeå FF had won after a very even match.
