Michael Tingelholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortaleza IF's Michael Tingelholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Hedlund in the 30th minute of play. If Sigvard Hjeltman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primavera Accademia's Per-Åke Nordlund suffered a sore thigh after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Vidar Hedlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After a defensive mix-up in Fortaleza IF's zone, Sigvard Hjeltman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Tingelholm came out of the goal and Sigvard Hjeltman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vidar Hedlund struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Michael Tingelholm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Primavera Accademia. Sigvard Hjeltman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sigvard Hjeltman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Tingelholm having to interfere. Pontus Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Kåre Salqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Primavera Accademia's Magnus Uggla got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Dan Billing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Sigvard Hjeltman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Primavera Accademia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sigvard Hjeltman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michael Tingelholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Göransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fortaleza IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
