Iggesund IF's Brian Löfskog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Siöberg in the 23rd minute of play. Golvmopparna IF's Matthias Björkdal got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Golvmopparna IF's Ulf Hääger got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Iggesund IF's zone, Matthias Björkdal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Löfskog came out of the goal and Matthias Björkdal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the game, Golvmopparna IF's Johannes Siöberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brian Löfskog made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Matthias Björkdal struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Brian Löfskog didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golvmopparna IF. 35 minutes into the match, Iggesund IF's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Siöberg came free, but Brian Löfskog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Matthias Björkdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Iggesund IF got a freekick which was hit by Magnus Blom. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Björkdal in the 46th minute of play forced Iggesund IF's goalkeeper Brian Löfskog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johannes Siöberg struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Brian Löfskog didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golvmopparna IF. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alf Lundin was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Gustav Gustafsson lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Brian Löfskog. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Brian Löfskog successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Matthias Björkdal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Brian Löfskog skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Johannes Siöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Iggesund IF's Alf Lundin got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Matthias Björkdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Löfskog having to interfere. Johannes Siöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 minutes, Matthias Björkdal made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Iggesund IF's Brian Löfskog tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Matthias Björkdal got free in front of the goal in the 92nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Brian Löfskog was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 94th minute Johannes Siöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Löfskog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Johannes Siöberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golvmopparna IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Siöberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Golvmopparna IF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Iggesund IF.
