Andy Lundgren came out of the goal and Pontus Ivarsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oskar Nordlander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andy Lundgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Sandviken's Oskar Nordlander got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oskar Nordlander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Andy Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Sandviken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Berg to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Sandviken left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ytterhogdal FK.
