Algot Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gerpgöks IF's goalkeeper Algot Sundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Sven Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Algot Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svante Brogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Svante Brogren took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Algot Sundström. Algot Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Svante Brogren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven Nyström might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Hedkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven Nyström ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sven Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Sven Lundqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Afroninjas's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Lundqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Algot Sundström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 65 played minutes Gerpgöks IF got a freekick which was hit by Christer Bergman. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gerpgöks IF's goalkeeper Algot Sundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
