Torbjörn Ekström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but David Bolander made a huge save. If Joakim Holmstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 minutes of play, Holm's William Sjöberg made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thor Sjödin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Calle Sundström charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Calle Sundström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Holm's Calle Sundström got a free kick in the 40th minute. William Sjöberg struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Thor Sjödin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holm. Erik Brask kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

In the 55th minute, Jörn Boklund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Bolander was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Anders Lindberg in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thor Sjödin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 66 minutes into the match, William Sjöberg notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Töreboda RK's Thor Sjödin. Thor Sjödin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If William Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Anders Lindberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, William Sjöberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holm's supporters rose to their feet, but William Sjöberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thor Sjödin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Thor Sjödin managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when Holm's Anders Lindberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. William Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Sjödin having to interfere. Anders Lindberg struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Thor Sjödin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holm. Jörn Boklund hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, William Sjöberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Thor Sjödin. The goal made the score 1-4.
