Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tom Billvall made the kick off and thus started the match. Karlholmsbruk's Axel Vennerkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tom Billvall in the 5th minute of play. Tom Billvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Vennerkvist having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Karlholmsbruk's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Billvall came free, but Axel Vennerkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes Almunge got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Sjöström. If Andréas Kaxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tom Billvall struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Axel Vennerkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almunge. Axel Vennerkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tom Billvall in the 29th minute of the match. With a little luck, Karlholmsbruk's Axel Vennerkvist got control of the ball when Andréas Kaxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jimmie Ahlqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Svante Jespersson having to make a save. Jens Burman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svante Jespersson having to interfere. With a little luck, Karlholmsbruk's Axel Vennerkvist got control of the ball when Andréas Kaxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Martin Sandell charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Sandell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Axel Vennerkvist made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Andréas Kaxe sent off a good shot on target. Andréas Kaxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andréas Kaxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Vennerkvist having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Karlholmsbruk's Martin Sandell got a free kick in the 46th minute. Tom Billvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens Burman to strike the kick off in the second half. Svante Jespersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Burman in the 54th minute of play. Axel Vennerkvist came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Almunge's Andréas Kaxe. But to his dismay, Andréas Kaxe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 65 played minutes Karlholmsbruk got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Nyman. In the 66th minute, Tom Billvall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimmie Ahlqvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Svante Jespersson firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 70th match minute, Almunge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Beck to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens Burman in the 72nd minute of play forced Almunge's goalkeeper Svante Jespersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andréas Kaxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tom Billvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Vennerkvist having to interfere. Tom Billvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 96thth minute of the game Andréas Kaxe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karlholmsbruk's Axel Vennerkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tom Billvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Axel Vennerkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Almunge fans cheered their team off the field, for while Karlholmsbruk had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
