Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ola Lekberg made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Alnarp IF's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Julin came free, but Joseph Vikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Eric Alebäck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rönninge RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alnarp IF the free kick. Eric Alebäck kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Kjell-Arne Nyberg struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Folke Rydelius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alnarp IF. Kjell-Arne Nyberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. In the 16th minute Eddie Gudmundsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Vikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joseph Vikström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Julin, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Joseph Vikström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Julin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Julin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joseph Vikström having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Alnarp IF's zone, Eddie Gudmundsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joseph Vikström came out of the goal and Eddie Gudmundsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alnarp IF's goalkeeper Joseph Vikström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Julin in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joseph Vikström saved Alnarp IF from getting behind. Joseph Vikström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Julin, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The supporters of Alnarp IF booed when Rönninge RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timmy Hjeltman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Kinnman charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Kinnman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ingvar Kinnman kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Alnarp IF's Torsten Nordin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ola Lekberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Rönninge RK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Alnarp IF:s goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Julin was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Alnarp IF's goalkeeper Joseph Vikström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddie Gudmundsson. Eddie Gudmundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Julin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joseph Vikström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Tomas Julin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Rönninge RK booed when Alnarp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Stålman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjell-Arne Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Rydelius having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Kjell-Arne Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Rydelius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ola Lekberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Folke Rydelius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ola Lekberg in the 87th minute of play forced Rönninge RK's goalkeeper Folke Rydelius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kjell-Arne Nyberg came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Alnarp IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjell-Arne Nyberg couldn't finish the play. If Kjell-Arne Nyberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alnarp IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rönninge RK for a fine match.
