Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sigvard Sandström started the match with the kick off. Kjell-Arne Bergvall kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Per Hamnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Wenerdahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Hellström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Per Hamnberg made a huge save. Per-Åke Mogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigvard Sandström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Ekizz FF's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Wenerdahl came free, but Per Hamnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Åke Mogren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigvard Sandström in the 21st minute of the match. If Sigvard Sandström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes Wenerdahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Hamnberg having to interfere. If Leonardo Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per Hamnberg was a little too slow when Johannes Wenerdahl got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. Varnhem's Alf Björklund shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Per Hamnberg but with some difficulty. Leonardo Hellström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Per Hamnberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, Sigvard Sandström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Per-Åke Mogren. Varnhem's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sigvard Sandström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johannes Wenerdahl made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Ekizz FF's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Wenerdahl came free, but Per Hamnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per Hamnberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Hellström in the 55th minute of play. After some careless play in the Varnhem defense, Sigvard Sandström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per-Åke Mogren. The Varnhem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per-Åke Mogren should have stopped the shot. André Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Jonathan Nyström came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Ekizz FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Nyström couldn't finish the play. If Johannes Wenerdahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 68 minutes of play, Varnhem's Leonardo Hellström made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per Hamnberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, Varnhem's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Bengtsson came free, but Per-Åke Mogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Hellström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Per Hamnberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Ekizz FF's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Wenerdahl came free, but Per Hamnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Leonardo Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Johannes Wenerdahl put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Per Hamnberg. Leonardo Hellström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per Hamnberg having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Ekizz FF's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Wenerdahl came free, but Per Hamnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Varnhem's Kjell-Arne Bergvall got a free kick in the 97th minute. Christian Vikström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Varnhem's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
