Spectators: 7262 (Terracing: 5448, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gunnar Eskilsson got the match started through his kick off. Borgafjäll IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Kasper Bogren scored to the left of an out of position Tomas Tham, making the score, 1-0. In the 8th minute, Hällekis's Gunnar Eskilsson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tomas Tham. Tomas Tham yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 14th minute Kasper Wassenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Måns Öberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lucas Morat came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Borgafjäll IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Morat couldn't finish the play. Anders Ljungberg's late challenge caught a Borgafjäll IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anders Ljungberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Hällekis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Ljungberg to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Borgafjäll IF's zone, Evert Levander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Tham came out of the goal and Evert Levander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Morat in the 31st minute of play forced Hällekis's goalkeeper Måns Öberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Lucas Morat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Måns Öberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

With a little luck, Hällekis's Måns Öberg got control of the ball when Lucas Morat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gunnar Eskilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Tomas Tham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Evert Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hällekis's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Levander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomas Tham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th match minute, Borgafjäll IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Bergqvist to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Borgafjäll IF's Morgan Bergqvist got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Borgafjäll IF! Bernt Björck shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Gunnar Eskilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Tomas Tham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Tham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Levander, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After having played for 82 minutes, Gunnar Eskilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hällekis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Eskilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Evert Levander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hällekis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The audience was convinced that Gunnar Eskilsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomas Tham was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Eskilsson in the 90th minute of play forced Borgafjäll IF's goalkeeper Tomas Tham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
