Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zebastian Ekeberg started the match with the kick off. Jens Fridlund charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 14 played minutes Hällekis got a freekick which was hit by Kasper Bogren. Fc Worms's Greger Palm got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Ekeberg in the 18th minute of play forced Hällekis's goalkeeper Måns Öberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evert Levander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Lucas Ingvall made a huge save. Zebastian Ekeberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Måns Öberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Olov Berglund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hällekis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Worms the free kick. After a rather tough play, Hällekis's Olov Berglund got a free kick in the 25th minute. Måns Öberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Ekeberg in the 29th minute of the match. Fc Worms's Zebastian Ekeberg got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hällekis's Måns Öberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Palm in the 31st minute of play. Greger Palm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zebastian Ekeberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zebastian Ekeberg's late challenge caught a Hällekis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zebastian Ekeberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute, Zebastian Ekeberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Ingvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Eskilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Zebastian Ekeberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gunnar Eskilsson made the kick off in the second half. Måns Öberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Ekeberg in the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of Fc Worms booed when Hällekis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Ahlerot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Evert Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hällekis's supporters rose to their feet, but Evert Levander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Ingvall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, Fc Worms's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Eskilsson came free, but Lucas Ingvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Greger Palm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Måns Öberg having to make a save. Greger Palm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Öberg having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Zebastian Ekeberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hällekis's Måns Öberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fc Worms's Zebastian Ekeberg got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Måns Öberg made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Greger Palm sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Hällekis's zone, Zebastian Ekeberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Måns Öberg came out of the goal and Zebastian Ekeberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hällekis's Måns Öberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebastian Ekeberg in the 87th minute of play. If Greger Palm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Greger Palm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Worms fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fc Worms's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
