Sannes FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Bergman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Hampus Alebeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 17th minute, Andreas Boman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and BK Böle's Börge Nilsson didn't even have to move. After 21 played minutes Sannes FK got a freekick which was hit by Sven Lundkvist. 1-0 became the score in the 24th minute when Rune Liljeström elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Börge Nilsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Timmy Brenner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alf Lindholm having to make a save. Jens Håkansson scored 1-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Börge Nilsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Börge Nilsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Håkansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timmy Brenner got free with Alf Lindholm in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens Håkansson to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hampus Alebeck during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hampus Alebeck hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Jens Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Börge Nilsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens Håkansson in the 60th minute of play. Tomas Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Börge Nilsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sannes FK's Jens Håkansson got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Bergman struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Börge Nilsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sannes FK. Sannes FK's Jens Håkansson got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. BK Böle's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jens Håkansson 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Tomas Bergman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens Håkansson during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jens Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Sven Lundkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Börge Nilsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Bergman went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When the match was over Sannes FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BK Böle throughout the match.
