Magnus Martinsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jack Granberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magnus Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Granberg having to interfere. Jack Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Arenius in the 38th minute of the match. Yngve Pihlblad hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Jonas Esbjörnsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Domsjö RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Esbjörnsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brian Arenius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Magnus Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Arne Asserlind fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Domsjö RK's protests and gave Arne Asserlind a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Arne Asserlind hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Domsjö RK fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Domsjö RK's Jonas Esbjörnsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Domsjö RK's Jack Granberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Arenius in the 68th minute of play. Jack Granberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magnus Martinsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Jonas Esbjörnsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Georg Olsson.
