Yngve Pihlblad struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Sören Benet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Frösön. But to his dismay, Yngve Pihlblad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Magnus Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Benet having to interfere. Frösön's Georg Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peder Bruse in the 31st minute of play. Magnus Martinsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Sören Benet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Elliott Ennegren came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Gysinge FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliott Ennegren couldn't finish the play. Georg Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egon Borre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Magnus Martinsson got free with Sören Benet in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Frösön's zone, Elliott Ennegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Olsson came out of the goal and Elliott Ennegren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elliott Ennegren in the 63rd minute of play forced Frösön's goalkeeper Georg Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th match minute, Frösön was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngve Pihlblad to maneuver through the defense. Peder Bruse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Georg Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Peder Bruse put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Georg Olsson. Georg Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peder Bruse in the 84th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ture Klemensson during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Egon Borre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
