But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenneth Kollberg couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute, Jörn Wallin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isaac Björling was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Forshaga's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Kollberg came free, but Isaac Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Forshaga's Algot Karlsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmund Mattsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Algot Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. In the 39th minute, Algot Karlsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Algot Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Valter Helander in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Forshaga's Mattias Hedlund. If Mattias Hedlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Björling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jörn Wallin went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
