Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Edwin Fastesson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sveg IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lövånger IFK the free kick. In the 7th match minute, Sveg IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Falck to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stellan Hökkvist in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matthias Nordgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ulf Falck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Edwin Fastesson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hans Aleberg, 1-0. After 21 minutes of play, Lövånger IFK's Bengt Smefeldt made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Nordgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wictor Björklund hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Edwin Fastesson kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Ulf Falck hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Bengt Smefeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute Stellan Hökkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthias Nordgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stellan Hökkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matthias Nordgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Ulf Falck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Bengt Smefeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lövånger IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt Smefeldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matthias Nordgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Lövånger IFK's Bengt Smefeldt in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Bengt Smefeldt made the kick off in the second half. Stellan Hökkvist in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matthias Nordgren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 63 minutes, Wictor Björklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sveg IK and the Lövånger IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lövånger IFK booed when Sveg IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wictor Björklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edwin Fastesson hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Matthias Nordgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt Smefeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rdth minute of the game Bengt Smefeldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sveg IK's Matthias Nordgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Matthias Nordgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bengt Smefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Sveg IK's Matthias Nordgren got control of the ball when Einar Stenqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 86 minutes of play, Lövånger IFK's Stellan Hökkvist made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matthias Nordgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bengt Smefeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hannes Hjälm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
