Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rikard Petersson got the match started through his kick off. Stig-Ove Eliasson's late challenge caught a Unexpected FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stig-Ove Eliasson helped the player get up and apologised. Stig-Ove Eliasson hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 10th match minute, Unexpected FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikard Petersson to maneuver through the defense. Sala's Fritz Britz got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute Fritz Britz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klas Joensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Vallengren kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Fritz Britz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Klas Joensson, 1-0. Roger Fribäck came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Unexpected FC's Elliot Andreasson. But to his dismay, Elliot Andreasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Rikard Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sala getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Fritz Britz hit a great ball. Oliver Albom's late challenge caught a Unexpected FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klas Joensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Britz in the 43rd minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Klas Joensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rikard Vestberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Rikard Vestberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fritz Britz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Klas Joensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Rikard Vestberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Klas Joensson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. A collision led to Sala getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Karl-Oskar Koch hit a great ball. Roger Fribäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Petersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klas Joensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Britz, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute of the match Krister Valrot shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Klas Joensson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Unexpected FC booed when Sala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fritz Britz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stig-Ove Eliasson got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Petersson in the 89th minute of play forced Sala's goalkeeper Roger Fribäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mark Åkerberg took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Klas Joensson. Klas Joensson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Rikard Vestberg struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Klas Joensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sala. When the referee ended the match the Sala players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
