Johan Lövgren shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathias Ekström got free with Klas Joensson in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Per-Olof Kock hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Mathias Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klas Joensson having to interfere. Joga Bonito FC's Herbert Häll got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herbert Häll sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathias Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klas Joensson having to interfere. Joga Bonito FC's Axel Mickelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Petersson in the 33rd minute of play. Unexpected FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Johan Lövgren in the 37th minute. The corner led to Unexpected FC's Rikard Petersson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Joga Bonito FC's Axel Mickelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Petersson in the 45th minute of play. Rikard Petersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Mickelsson having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rikard Petersson was the one to do the kick off. If Elliot Andreasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elliot Andreasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Vallengren kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Unexpected FC's Rikard Petersson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Axel Mickelsson. Axel Mickelsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. In the 68th minute, Mathias Ekström made a precise shot to the right of Klas Joensson. Unexpected FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 74th minute, Kaj Nilsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Klas Joensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Häll, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 minutes of play, Joga Bonito FC's Herbert Häll made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Klas Joensson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Axel Mickelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Petersson in the 84th minute of play. After 88 played minutes Unexpected FC got a freekick which was hit by Dan Lidman. In the 91st minute, Joakim Bergfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Unexpected FC's Maximilian Rudkvist got a free kick in the 96th minute. Joga Bonito FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
