Brovers FC's Ivar Nyström got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivar Nyström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Sixten Vase when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sixten Vase showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esbjörn Hedberg in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Esbjörn Hedberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixten Vase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rickard Kullgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arman Kjellqvist having to make a save. Edvin Asmundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After taking down the ball on Grillby's corner Emanuel Mattsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arman Kjellqvist quite easily take care of the ball. In the 47th minute of the match Nils Tinglöv sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arman Kjellqvist skillfully saved the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rickard Kullgren to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Grillby getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sixten Vase showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Grillby's zone, Esbjörn Hedberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sixten Vase came out of the goal and Esbjörn Hedberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Edvin Asmundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grillby's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvin Asmundsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arman Kjellqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Caspersson during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edvin Asmundsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Kjellqvist having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Brovers FC's zone, Rickard Kullgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arman Kjellqvist came out of the goal and Rickard Kullgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Brovers FC's Arman Kjellqvist got control of the ball when Edvin Asmundsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rickard Kullgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rdth minute of the game Esbjörn Hedberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grillby's Sixten Vase was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edvin Asmundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brovers FC's Ivar Nyström got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute, Rickard Kullgren made a precise shot to the right of Arman Kjellqvist. Brovers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After having played for 96 minutes, Esbjörn Hedberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brovers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esbjörn Hedberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
