Spectators: 7047 (Terracing: 5537, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Esbjörn Hedberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. Esbjörn Hedberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without George Glad having to make a save. After having played for 6 minutes, Ivar Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brovers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivar Nyström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Hampus Back sped through Brovers FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arman Kjellqvist. George Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esbjörn Hedberg in the 27th minute of play. Arman Kjellqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hampus Back went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Esbjörn Hedberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. George Glad came out and tried to block the shot, but Esbjörn Hedberg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 35th minute. George Glad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Hedberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hampus Back stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esbjörn Hedberg in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Glad saved Linghed IK from getting behind. When Brovers FC's Esbjörn Hedberg in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Linghed IK's goalie prevented a goal. When Sven Lindman fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Linghed IK's protests and gave Sven Lindman a yellow card for diving instead. Sven Lindman hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of Linghed IK booed when Brovers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Caspersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Hampus Back managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linghed IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hampus Back was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. George Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Nyström in the 66th minute of play. George Glad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esbjörn Hedberg in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Linghed IK's goalkeeper George Glad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ivar Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. George Glad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Linghed IK's George Glad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivar Nyström in the 82nd minute of play. Ivar Nyström struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. George Glad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brovers FC. Esbjörn Hedberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over George Glad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Esbjörn Hedberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 92nd minute, Ivar Nyström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. George Glad was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Esbjörn Hedberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Linghed IK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Brovers FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
