Ars enal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eric Pihlblad in the 11th minute. Ars enal's Eric Pihlblad was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Osvald Kalfhage in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. PelliBelli's Osvald Kalfhage played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Hägert in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Isaac Eriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ars enal booed when PelliBelli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Pilberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. PelliBelli's Osvald Kalfhage played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Hägert in the 22nd minute of play. Osvald Kalfhage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Käcker in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilhelm Käcker in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvald Kalfhage prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilhelm Käcker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Osvald Kalfhage read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Edvin Ambjörnsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Patrick Gabrielsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, PelliBelli's goal looked a bit too open when Torsten Hägert came free, but Osvald Kalfhage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, PelliBelli's Harry Pilberg got a free kick in the 46th minute. Osvald Kalfhage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Hägert, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With a little luck, PelliBelli's Osvald Kalfhage got control of the ball when Torsten Hägert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harry Pilberg hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Pär Rudberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Gabrielsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Ambjörnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 71st minute, Dan Wassenius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Gabrielsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 74 minutes into the match, Wilhelm Käcker dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Osvald Kalfhage, 1-3. Sebastian Tholsson charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Tholsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ars enal getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Sebastian Tholsson hit a great ball. Osvald Kalfhage was a little too slow when Wilhelm Käcker got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 88th minute, Edvin Ambjörnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Dan Wassenius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Gabrielsson. Ars enal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Wassenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. When Torsten Hägert came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Ars enal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torsten Hägert couldn't finish the play. The Ars enal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ars enal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
