Billy Bennet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrik Barck having to interfere. Jörgen Åkesson took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrik Barck. Patrik Barck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Patrik Barck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Billy Bennet's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Ambjörby got a freekick which was hit by Jörn Stenström. Jörgen Åkesson might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrik Barck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jörgen Åkesson ran back to his position shaking his head. If Billy Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrik Barck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Bennet, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Billy Bennet's late challenge caught a Ambjörby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jörn Stenström to make the kick off. With a little luck, Ambjörby's Patrik Barck got control of the ball when Jörgen Åkesson tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Edsele BF's Patrik Barck threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Billy Bennet, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 56 minutes into the match, Ambjörby's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Bennet came free, but Patrik Barck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Billy Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Barck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Barck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrik Barck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Burman, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute.
