Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mattias Melander got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Wallgren in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Börge Lilja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Kopparberg MK booed when Vellinge FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Gustavsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Vellinge FK's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Eklund came free, but Börge Lilja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Georg Jansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sigvard Tönnberg's late challenge caught a Vellinge FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sigvard Tönnberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vellinge FK booed when Kopparberg MK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigvard Tönnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 20 minutes on the clock, Karl Mårtensson commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kopparberg MK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! If Casper Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wiktor Karlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wiktor Karlstedt struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Nils-Erik Ahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vellinge FK. Mattias Melander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Casper Eklund to make the kick off. Kopparberg MK's Nils-Erik Ahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Melander in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Georg Jansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casper Eklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Börge Lilja made a huge save. When Mattias Melander came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Vellinge FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mattias Melander couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Kopparberg MK's zone, Wiktor Karlstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Erik Ahlquist came out of the goal and Wiktor Karlstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 73rd minute, Mattias Melander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vellinge FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Wiktor Karlstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casper Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Börge Lilja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nils-Erik Ahlquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Karlstedt in the 80th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes Kopparberg MK got a freekick which was hit by Frank Ahlfors. 87 minutes into the game, Vellinge FK's Mattias Melander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nils-Erik Ahlquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Wiktor Karlstedt took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils-Erik Ahlquist. Nils-Erik Ahlquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 95 minutes into the game, one of Vellinge FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
