The wind increased when Kjell Vidman made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Isbergets IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Vidman came free, but Sixten Lingren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fenerbahce's Johnny Hultin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Skager in the 67th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Urban Nilsson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fenerbahce's Johnny Hultin. Johnny Hultin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Urban Nilsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Johnny Hultin to make any attempt to save it. Isbergets IF played a much better game than Fenerbahce and deserved their victory. The Fenerbahce players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
