Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) Harry Qvalfeldt started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Pleggens Pojkar IF's Jon Gullesson in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hallsberg's goalie prevented a goal. 4 minutes into the match, Pleggens Pojkar IF's Harry Qvalfeldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bertil Lindsten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emil Hultman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Holger Frisck showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Torsten Eriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Jon Gullesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute, Jon Gullesson made a precise shot to the right of Bertil Lindsten. Hallsberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Pleggens Pojkar IF's Jon Gullesson in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hallsberg's goalie prevented a goal. 21 minutes into the match, Harry Qvalfeldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertil Lindsten. Hallsberg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Qvalfeldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 24 minutes, Thor Sandberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hallsberg and the Pleggens Pojkar IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hallsberg's Thor Sandberg got a free kick in the 24th minute. Harry Qvalfeldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bertil Lindsten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Torsten Eriksson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hallsberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pleggens Pojkar IF the free kick. The supporters of Pleggens Pojkar IF booed when Hallsberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torsten Eriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hallsberg's Bertil Lindsten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Gullesson in the 39th minute of play. When Harry Qvalfeldt came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Pleggens Pojkar IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harry Qvalfeldt couldn't finish the play. Jon Gullesson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Jon Gullesson sped through Hallsberg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bertil Lindsten. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

54 minutes into the match, Hallsberg's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Qvalfeldt came free, but Bertil Lindsten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harry Qvalfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Bertil Lindsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hallsberg's Torsten Eriksson got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Harry Qvalfeldt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bertil Lindsten. The goal made the score 1-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Holger Frisck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hallsberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Holger Frisck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Hultman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Harry Qvalfeldt took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bertil Lindsten. Bertil Lindsten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Jon Gullesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jon Gullesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Bertil Lindsten made a huge save. After some careless play in the Hallsberg defense, Jon Gullesson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bertil Lindsten. The Hallsberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bertil Lindsten should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Pleggens Pojkar IF's Christopher Falkrans got a free kick in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell-Arne Lundin in the 89th minute of play forced Pleggens Pojkar IF's goalkeeper Emil Hultman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Gullesson struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Bertil Lindsten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pleggens Pojkar IF. If Jon Gullesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Hallsberg fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pleggens Pojkar IF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
