Valdemar Bergman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Biörk, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 16 played minutes Frövi IK got a freekick which was hit by Ulf Forsberg. If Marcus Biörk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes, Jönåker BK's Ulf Alfors shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valdemar Bergman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jönåker BK reached it. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Frövi IK's goalkeeper Valdemar Bergman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ulf Forsberg was shown his second yellow card after 24 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 26th minute, Wiktor Cane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdemar Bergman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Skoglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tor Fristedt fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jönåker BK's protests and gave Tor Fristedt a yellow card for diving instead. Tor Fristedt hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Oscar Löfgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Strandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 79th minute, Adam Strandberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Frövi IK's Valdemar Bergman got control of the ball when Rune Skoglund tried to sneak it across the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Frövi IK's Adam Strandberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Löfgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henning Wallengren charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henning Wallengren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Jönåker BK got a freekick which was hit by Henning Wallengren. If Marcus Biörk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jönåker BK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
