Spectators: 6463 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 14) Ingvar Melander started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 played minutes, Krokhöjden's Jörgen Helström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bengt Hansson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Krokhöjden reached it. In the 8th minute, Vilhelm Örtendal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt Hansson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jörgen Helström. Jan-Åke Nyström hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Krokhöjden's Ronny Wallander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ture Pihlwall in the 17th minute of play. Bengt Hansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Melander, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Ture Pihlwall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Gustavslunds BK's goalkeeper Bengt Hansson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Palmquist. Ture Pihlwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Ronny Wallander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavslunds BK's Ture Pihlwall got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Birger Mårtensson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ture Pihlwall in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Wallander saved Krokhöjden from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Birger Mårtensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gustavslunds BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Mårtensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronny Wallander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute, Birger Mårtensson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronny Wallander was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bengt Hansson made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Mark Palmquist sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Ture Pihlwall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Ture Pihlwall made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Emil Lind got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 55 minutes, Ture Pihlwall made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Krokhöjden's Ronny Wallander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Krokhöjden's zone, Ture Pihlwall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronny Wallander came out of the goal and Ture Pihlwall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute, Birger Mårtensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Ingvar Melander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute of the match Jesper Pilgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt Hansson skillfully saved the ball. Krokhöjden's Ronny Wallander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Krokhöjden from getting a goal against them. Sven-Olof Runeberg hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Ture Pihlwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ronny Wallander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute of the match Jörgen Helström shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bengt Hansson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Gustavslunds BK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Birger Mårtensson hit a great ball. After 85 minutes, Birger Mårtensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gustavslunds BK and the Krokhöjden players grew even worse after the yellow card. Birger Mårtensson kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ture Pihlwall in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronny Wallander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Krokhöjden's zone, Jan-Åke Nyström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronny Wallander came out of the goal and Jan-Åke Nyström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Gustavslunds BK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Krokhöjden throughout the match.
