The referee ignored Vilhelmina BK's protests and gave Kurt Tomasson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vilhelmina BK getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Kurt Tomasson hit a great ball. Karl-Oskar Åkerman struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Christian Löv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vilhelmina BK. The supporters of Vilhelmina BK booed when Themans FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Sefastsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Themans FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Karl-Oskar Åkerman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Erik Hedström ran back to his position shaking his head. 74 minutes into the match, Themans FC's goalkeeper Christian Löv had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erik Hedström. After a defensive mix-up in Themans FC's zone, Erik Hedström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Löv came out of the goal and Erik Hedström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute, Erik Hedström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Hedström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Löv having to interfere. Karl-Oskar Åkerman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Löv read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Christian Löv successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Erik Hedström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Löv having to interfere.
