The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvin Engström got free with Ingemar Vedholm in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25thth minute of the game Ingvar Ek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vartofta FF's Ingemar Vedholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edvin Engström scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingemar Vedholm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ingvar Ek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vartofta FF's Ingemar Vedholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Vartofta FF from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute Rabbalshede were awarded a corner. Arman Lustig went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Börje Forss at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Vartofta FF. 3-0.

Arman Lustig took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ingemar Vedholm. Vartofta FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Rabbalshede's Ingvar Ek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingemar Vedholm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pontus Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilgot Tunström, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ingemar Vedholm came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Rabbalshede's Edvin Engström. But to his dismay, Edvin Engström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Ingvar Ek scored 5-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingemar Vedholm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Rabbalshede's Pontus Ström got control of the ball when Johannes Forss tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ingemar Vedholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Ek in the 72nd minute of the match. Ingvar Ek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rabbalshede's Pontus Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilgot Tunström in the 79th minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Vilgot Tunström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vartofta FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilgot Tunström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peter Forsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When Vilgot Tunström came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Vartofta FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vilgot Tunström couldn't finish the play. After having played for 93 minutes, Edvin Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rabbalshede's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvin Engström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rabbalshede were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Vartofta FF for a fine match.
