The audience was convinced that Emanuel Fredriksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Markusson was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. The supporters of Grillby BF booed when De EfterBlivna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Holger Öman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Emanuel Fredriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De EfterBlivna's Carl Markusson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 20th minute, Patrik Albohm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingemar Larsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Holger Öman's late challenge caught a Grillby BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Kaxe during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mikael Grönlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Patrik Albohm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Markusson having to interfere.
