In the 9th minute, Elliott Brenner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Röda Kanonerna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, De EfterBlivna's goal looked a bit too open when Jesper Bruse came free, but Carl Markusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Elliott Brenner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Röda Kanonerna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elliott Brenner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Jesper Bruse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 0-2 became the score in the 19th minute when Elliott Brenner elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Röda Kanonerna's Jesper Bruse got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Einar Löfkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Einar Löfkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfred Öberg charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manfred Öberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Manfred Öberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in De EfterBlivna's zone, Jesper Bruse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carl Markusson came out of the goal and Jesper Bruse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind De EfterBlivna's goalkeeper Carl Markusson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elliott Brenner to strike the kick off in the second half. If Einar Löfkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Markusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliott Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Röda Kanonerna's Elliott Brenner got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th match minute, De EfterBlivna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Öman to maneuver through the defense. Jesper Bruse succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 68th playminute. A collision led to Röda Kanonerna getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Manfred Öberg hit a great ball. Jesper Bruse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Markusson having to interfere. Jesper Bruse struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Carl Markusson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Röda Kanonerna. Elliott Brenner hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Röda Kanonerna's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
