Hjalmar Hybbert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Dalström in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Åled IK's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Dalström came free, but Hjalmar Hybbert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Mattias Örn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Einar Tunström having to interfere. Mattias Örn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Einar Tunström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
