Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Emil Wik made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Emil Wik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Rolandsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Wik was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 5th minute. Ljungskile's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Arvid Bergström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jens-Åke Rolandsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Emil Wik reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens-Åke Rolandsson. The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, FC Orange's Åke Gustafsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joakim Ferm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Michael Sandwall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Orange's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ljungskile the free kick. In the 16th minute, Michael Sandwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Wik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jens-Åke Rolandsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arvid Bergström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Rolandsson having to interfere. Albert Nyberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Joakim Ferm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Åke Rolandsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Wik, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Orange's zone, Arvid Bergström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Åke Rolandsson came out of the goal and Arvid Bergström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Wik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Åke Rolandsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Jens-Åke Rolandsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Wik's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Arvid Bergström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ljungskile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 47th minute, Albert Nyberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Douglas Hedvall made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Albert Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Orange's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Nyberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joakim Ferm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt-Rune Olenberg hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Olof Jakobsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joakim Ferm skillfully saved the ball. Jens-Åke Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Wik in the 66th minute of play. Douglas Hedvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Arvid Bergström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ljungskile fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The Ljungskile fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Ljungskile's Emil Wik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jens-Åke Rolandsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Wik, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Arvid Bergström struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Jens-Åke Rolandsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljungskile.
