Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Michel Nordal made the kick off which started today's match. Michel Nordal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Pilberg having to interfere. When Horn RK's Aleksander Hjortberg in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ekshärad BF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Karl-Magnus Jonasson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilgot Lidman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Henrik Algren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vilgot Lidman having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Horn RK's Torbjörn Olsson got a free kick in the 29th minute. Jimmy Henriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Ekshärad BF's Ingvar Wallin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tommy Karlstedt was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Karl-Magnus Jonasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Lidman having to interfere. After the first half Ekshärad BF were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

62 minutes into the game, Henrik Algren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vilgot Lidman. Henrik Algren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. 71 minutes into the match, Horn RK's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Magnus Jonasson came free, but Vilgot Lidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Markus Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aleksander Hjortberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Pilberg having to interfere. Henrik Algren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Vilgot Lidman made a huge save. Calle Andreasson, 92 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Michel Nordal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ekshärad BF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
