Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Michel Nordal kicked off to start the match. Vilgot Lidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Ekelund in the 9th minute of play. If Aleksander Hjortberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilhelm Skålberg hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Per Västerberg made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Aleksander Hjortberg sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rickard Ekegren in the 14th minute of play forced Horn RK's goalkeeper Vilgot Lidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aleksander Hjortberg took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per Västerberg. Per Västerberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rickard Ekegren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vilgot Lidman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Rickard Ekegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Linderöd's Joseph Ekelund in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Horn RK's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Linderöd's Wilhelm Skålberg got a free kick in the 34th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rickard Ekegren made a kick off. When Rickard Ekegren came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Linderöd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rickard Ekegren couldn't finish the play. Horn RK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Rickard Ekegren scored to the left of an out of position Vilgot Lidman, making the score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rickard Ekegren in the 64th minute of play forced Horn RK's goalkeeper Vilgot Lidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilgot Lidman made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Joseph Ekelund sent off a good shot on target. Rickard Ekegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Lidman having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Ekelund got free with Vilgot Lidman in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgar Vassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per Västerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Nordal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th match minute, Linderöd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Öberg to maneuver through the defense. If Aleksander Hjortberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Linderöd's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Nordal came free, but Per Västerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Linderöd defense, Aleksander Hjortberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Per Västerberg. The Linderöd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Per Västerberg should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Ekegren in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilgot Lidman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Horn RK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
