Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nils Dalström took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Nils Dalström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Vennersten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eneryda IK's Simon Vennersten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Dalström in the 11th minute of play. Nils Dalström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Vennersten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Dalström in the 22nd minute of the match. Västerås's Kristoffer Siggman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörgen Lövskog in the 26th minute of play. Karl-Oskar Kaxe charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Oskar Kaxe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nils Dalström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Vennersten having to interfere. Simon Vennersten was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nils Dalström showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 38 minute of play. Simon Vennersten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils Dalström's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamin Sjögren to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Hans Alén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Vennersten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, Västerås's Nils Dalström made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simon Vennersten was left in no man's land by his defense there! Simon Vennersten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Kilman, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Jörgen Lövskog was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 65th minute. Eneryda IK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Simon Vennersten came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Västerås's Nils Dalström. But to his dismay, Nils Dalström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Simon Vennersten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nils Dalström, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Västerås's Nils Dalström got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Sjögren in the 86th minute of play forced Västerås's goalkeeper Kristoffer Siggman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jörgen Lövskog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Grep during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, Eneryda IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Grep to maneuver through the defense. If Hans Alén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Västerås players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
