Martin Vidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Hybbert in the 17th minute of play. Martin Vidman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kåre Almstedt in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Christoffers Chilinötter booed when Rydsgård RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mattias Blanck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Åkerman's late challenge caught a Rydsgård RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martin Vidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kåre Almstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Christoffers Chilinötter's goal looked a bit too open when Börge Hybbert came free, but Martin Vidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfons Haegg kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rydsgård RK's Per-Arne Kleen got a free kick in the 46th minute. Fredric Dahlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernst Hasselqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Christoffers Chilinötter's Martin Vidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Löfgren in the 78th minute of play. In the 81st minute of the match, Kåre Almstedt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martin Vidman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 84 minutes into the match, Christoffers Chilinötter's goalkeeper Martin Vidman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kåre Almstedt. Martin Vidman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Martin Vidman made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Leo Löfgren sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rydsgård RK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
