Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 20) Rudolf Axelsson made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the game, Fritz Mårtensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Strömsund the free kick. After 3 played minutes Boden got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Mårtensson. Rudolf Axelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Pontus Kilström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arman Ahlbeck was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Pontus Kilström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Wiklund kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Hans Arvidsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Erik Klintæus having to interfere. Hans Arvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jens-Erik Klintæus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Pontus Kilström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boden's Arman Ahlbeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Axelsson in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hans Arvidsson made a kick off. Pontus Kilström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arman Ahlbeck having to interfere. IFK Strömsund's Pontus Kilström got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Douglas Lindholm hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Hans Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pontus Kilström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Axelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rudolf Axelsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Arman Ahlbeck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rudolf Axelsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arman Ahlbeck came out and tried to block the shot, but Rudolf Axelsson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 89th minute. Arman Ahlbeck was a little too slow when Rudolf Axelsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 1-5. The Boden fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. IFK Strömsund were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
