If William Haegg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicklas Billberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Bergstedt in the 23rd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Joachim Söderqwist notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Lillpite's Nicklas Billberg. Nicklas Billberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nicklas Billberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krister Gadd in the 30th minute of play. With 32 minutes on the clock, Hjalmar Skräddare commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 32 played minutes Lillpite got a freekick which was hit by Hjalmar Skräddare. In the 34th minute of the match Elof Lundgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicklas Billberg skillfully saved the ball. Jan-Erik Anundsson thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Anthon Svanér, a very annoying self made goal in the 36th minute which led to 1-2. In the 42nd minute, Ove Nilsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicklas Billberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Erik Törnqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Torbjörn Bergstedt made the kick off in the second half. Nicklas Billberg was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Jens-Erik Törnqvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jens-Erik Törnqvist really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. With a little luck, Lillpite's Nicklas Billberg got control of the ball when Jens-Erik Törnqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Gregers Mannar's Pelle Eliasson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Gregers Mannar were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Lillpite's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Torgny Lång took the corner. The supporters of Gregers Mannar booed when Lillpite was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Odman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game William Haegg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gregers Mannar's Anthon Svanér was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Lillpite's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Bergstedt came free, but Nicklas Billberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Erik Törnqvist got free with Nicklas Billberg in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zebastian Gustavsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Nicklas Billberg made a huge save. If Ove Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lillpite's Christian Odman got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Nicklas Billberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Eliasson in the 97th minute of the match. When the match was over Gregers Mannar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lillpite throughout the match.
