Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Håkan Bergfeldt got the match started through his kick off. Vidar Samuelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 3rd match minute, Hjälteby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Almqvist to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Marcus Carlberg notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of YOOF United FC's Tommy Rosén. Tommy Rosén was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Vidar Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Marcus Carlberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 27 minutes into the match, YOOF United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Bergfeldt came free, but Tommy Rosén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Håkan Bergfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Tommy Rosén managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Hjälteby's Marcus Carlberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37th minute, Håkan Bergfeldt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Rosén. The goal made the score 2-0. After 40 minutes, Måns Almqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hjälteby and the YOOF United FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hjälteby's Måns Almqvist got a free kick in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Hampus Bålström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roger Hedkvist. Hjälteby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hampus Bålström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Marcus Carlberg struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Tommy Rosén didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hjälteby. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vidar Samuelsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Håkan Bergfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Rosén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Bergfeldt in the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to YOOF United FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Valter Strömqvist hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Valter Strömqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YOOF United FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hjälteby the free kick. In the 74th minute, Valter Strömqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Håkan Bergfeldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a left leg Tommy Rosén saved YOOF United FC from getting behind. Joakim Asmundsson's late challenge caught a Hjälteby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joakim Asmundsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, YOOF United FC's Joakim Asmundsson got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute Marcus Carlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Rosén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Rosén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Håkan Bergfeldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Hjälteby's Håkan Bergfeldt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Rosén made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Hjälteby were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
