Spectators: 7300 (Terracing: 5477, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Dan Käcker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Johnny Gunnarsson made a huge save. In the 11th minute Dan Käcker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Vargarna got a freekick which was hit by Hans Pilblad. The crowd rose to their feet as Viktor Stephansson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Johnny Gunnarsson. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Sjöberg in the 18th minute of play forced Kurdiska FF's goalkeeper Fredrik Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fredrik Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Ahlström in the 23rd minute of the match. When Viktor Stephansson came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Kurdiska FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Stephansson couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Tobias Lindberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Karl-Magnus Ahlström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fredrik Lindgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Fredrik Lindgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Magnus Ahlström in the 47th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kurdiska FF's Håkan Åström got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute of the match Bernt Svanér shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fredrik Lindgren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half Vargarna were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per Sjöberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kurdiska FF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Karl-Magnus Ahlström scored to the left of an out of position Fredrik Lindgren, making the score, 1-3. 55 minutes into the match, Kurdiska FF's goal looked a bit too open when Per Sjöberg came free, but Fredrik Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Kurdiska FF getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Knut Asserlind hit a great ball. Kurdiska FF's Fredrik Lindgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Kurdiska FF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Sjöberg in the 72nd minute of play forced Kurdiska FF's goalkeeper Fredrik Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Kurdiska FF's Fredrik Lindgren got control of the ball when Karl-Magnus Ahlström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vincent Dahlqvist took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johnny Gunnarsson. Johnny Gunnarsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Johnny Gunnarsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Käcker went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-3 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute, Tobias Lindberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fredrik Lindgren. The goal made the score 4-4. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
