The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Vidman got free with Rickard Vallmark in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stefan Bengtsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Ekman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Happy Game Fun Play's Roy Ekman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stefan Bengtsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Aaron Vidman notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Happy Game Fun Play's Rickard Vallmark. Rickard Vallmark was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Börje Deckbergh fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Renströms FF's protests and gave Börje Deckbergh a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Renströms FF getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Börje Deckbergh hit a great ball. During the 31st minute of the match Alvin Skoglund completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alvin Skoglund a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Roy Ekman came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Happy Game Fun Play fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Ekman couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Happy Game Fun Play:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Renströms FF:s goal. Rickard Vallmark had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Henning Axelsson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Christian Granberg's late challenge caught a Renströms FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Granberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Happy Game Fun Play's Christian Granberg got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute Henning Nordgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Vallmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henning Nordgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Rickard Vallmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Aaron Vidman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rickard Vallmark. Happy Game Fun Play's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Vidman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henning Nordgren to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Happy Game Fun Play's zone, Henning Nordgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Vallmark came out of the goal and Henning Nordgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rickard Vallmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Vidman in the 54th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Renströms FF's Aaron Vidman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rickard Vallmark narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Henning Nordgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Happy Game Fun Play's Rickard Vallmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Vidman in the 66th minute of play. After having played for 69 minutes, Aaron Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Renströms FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Vidman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Renströms FF's Henning Nordgren in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Happy Game Fun Play defense, Henning Nordgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rickard Vallmark. The Happy Game Fun Play fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rickard Vallmark should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Renströms FF were the better team. Renströms FF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
