Spectators: 7283 (Terracing: 5464, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jon Lundin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Ärla defense, Bo-Erik Sandberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pontus Biörkman. The Ärla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pontus Biörkman should have stopped the shot. Billy Pihlblad took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pontus Biörkman. Pontus Biörkman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Pontus Biörkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Pihlblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute, Billy Pihlblad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jon Lundin came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Ärla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon Lundin couldn't finish the play. Bo-Erik Sandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Pontus Biörkman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pontus Biörkman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Pihlblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Bo-Erik Sandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ärla players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Myggenäs were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Billy Pihlblad was the one to do the kick off. Ärla's Pontus Biörkman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy Pihlblad in the 55th minute of play. Pontus Biörkman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bo-Erik Sandberg in the 57th minute. Jon Lundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Ture Olsmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute Maximilian Billock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Nordlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
