In the 81st minute of the match, Kristian Örn got a very nice opportunity to score, but Niklas Gabrielsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 87 minutes into the game, Emanuel Kaxe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Gösta Juhlin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 90th minute, one of Aston support:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aston support. Storvik IF's Niklas Gabrielsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kennet Ståhlman in the 98th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Storvik IF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Aston support had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
