The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Storvik IF's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Trulsson came free, but Niklas Gabrielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niklas Gabrielsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Blanck, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Blanck in the 25th minute of play forced Storvik IF's goalkeeper Niklas Gabrielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Kaxe ran back to his position shaking his head. Löddeköpinge's Tony Söderström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Löddeköpinge from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viktor Trulsson made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Sakarias Låsberg took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Niklas Gabrielsson to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Löddeköpinge defense, Lennart Adelsköld kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tony Söderström. The Löddeköpinge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tony Söderström should have stopped the shot. Jonas Dusett might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tony Söderström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Dusett ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 65 minutes, Sakarias Låsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Storvik IF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
