In the 19th minute, Guido Di Persio made a precise shot to the right of Gösta Juhlin. Aston support's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. RCFC Academy were furious when Leonel Alvarez was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 21 minutes into the game, one of RCFC Academy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Andreas Torstensson came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Aston support's Robert Helström. But to his dismay, Robert Helström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Andreas Torstensson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kennet Ståhlman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 27 minute of play. The supporters of RCFC Academy booed when Aston support was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Lindberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Gustavsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gösta Juhlin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. After a defensive mix-up in RCFC Academy's zone, Maximilian Svanberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Torstensson came out of the goal and Maximilian Svanberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andreas Torstensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Örn in the 74th minute of the match. Tomas Gustavsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gösta Juhlin having to make a save. In the 79th minute, Aston support's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tomas Gustavsson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gösta Juhlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Gustavsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Maximilian Svanberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Torstensson. RCFC Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximilian Svanberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Andreas Torstensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Örn in the 96th minute of play.
